We are a small business that understands that plans can change so we offer refunds and compensation as follows. Deposits are completely refundable up to twenty days prior to check in less a $20.00 cancelation fee. Gift certificates for non-peak time will be substituted for cash if a cancellation is received less than twenty days prior to the beginning of any stay unless the room can be relet for the same period. There will be a complete loss of a deposit if cancellation is not received 48 hours prior to 1:00 PM the day your stay is to begin. Policies may differ if agreed in writing prior to stay.
